It’s Flexible Working Day (#FWDay2021) on Wednesday 2nd June and as a proud FWD ambassador what better way to celebrate the occasion than to dedicate this week’s lunch & learn to one of my favourite causes. Please join me to discuss the benefits of flexible work for both people and organisations, and share learnings of what works and what doesn’t. This year’s FWD theme is “REFRAMING FLEXIBILITY FOR THE FUTURE” so let’s chat about what this means to you.
Flexible Working Day was started by Vanessa Vanderhoek in 2016 as a philanthropic venture, self-funded by her business (FlexAgility) and supported by many amazing organisations and ambassadors around the globe. Post 2020 many organisations are positively modernising their approach to flex, but sadly this isn't the case for all, so we need to keep fighting until working conditions are fair for all.
