Achievements this Year, So Far…

I’ve somehow maintained 1 coffee per day and more sleep and exercise soooooo go me! I hope you’re all doing well. But hectic times across the board for us all no doubt. I did in fact get out for 12km last weekend and missed my 72’ target by finishing in 76’ which was actually slightly faster than my 11k effort the week prior. 13k this wk end aiming for 78’ and now taking a small amount of hydration and supplement with me on long runs now that I’m over the 75’ min mark. This week my wife & I celebrated our 9-year wedding anniversary so thanks to the team for letting me take a couple of hours out to head out to brekky yesterday.

Also I thought I’d share here the full list of some of the things we’ve achieved this year, noting that these achievements are only the ones in relation to the objective “Embrace the power of technology to optimise experience and performance for both clients and staff in a remote working context.” If we were to list out a FULL list of achievements it would be much longer.
